I didn't watch the whole thing, but in his initial rant he didn't say why she was detained. Being in the process of getting a green card means she doesn't have a green card. If she doesn't have a visa either, then she entered the country illegally. If she does have the proper paperwork, then she should have had it with her and immediately whipped it out when asked.

Being married to an American does not make her legal. It does not get her a green card or visa. Nor is Peru a visa waiver country, so a passport alone doesn't allow her to enter.

The guy claims she did everything legally. No she didn't. Apparently she entered the country illegally. Of course she got detained!

I assume she was already in the country before going on vacation. Were they stupid enough to go to another country then simply reenter the US without the proper paperwork? That is very seriously stupid. What makes it worse, is that entering illegally could jeopardize her green card application. Couldn't they have waited until she got it before going to another country and coming back? Their stupidity is through the roof.

I just don't understand why they are trying to hide it anymore. Trump controls the house and he is the president. They are removing black war heroes from history. They can just say they don't brown or black people. Why do they need to pretend anymore.

we have a LOT of immigrants, many of which are doing work and functioning in society. I hope they get the system cleaned up to bring the good ones back, we need them or else you/I are going to see inflation like never before or frankly, won't be able to get some work done.

Is there such a thing as a 'good immigrant"? I can't go to Rome, or Paris, run across their border and take up residence, (even though I would like to live there)

and hope no on will notice, not pay taxes, and hope to live off of someone else's work and money.

Trump Admin will deport as many illegal aliens as possible.
Trump Admin will deport legal emigrants who commit felonies and/or publicly express and act out Anti American ideologies. If they do, they lied on their DS-160.

I think the Trump Administration will devise a Compassion Visa. It will permit petitioners, such as individuals and churches to apply for illegal aliens for lawful reasons. They will be required to file forms I-134, Declaration of Financial Support. They can progress toward a "Green Card". The "petitionee" must remain associated with the petitioner until/unless their "custody" is lawfully transferred. Trump will do this before the mid terms.

Sadly , more and more of this stuff is happening , its impossible to know who is good or bad , I appreciate there are problems. At least previously he was using the stock market as his " report card " , now no longer , official bear market , this actually affects everyone.
