SO... see my proposal below summarized again..., we initiate a right to house such people, basically adoption process. Democrats can volunteer to house and care for them since they want them here, we ankle brace and wire tap them by law (to avoid risks). Any further violations and they are gone. exactly, as long as a notable democrat is housing the individual and they are ankle braced and wire tapped so we know they aren't doing harm outside that house, then is ok to keep here until trial date.
