Can you believe these lefty agitators... using the constitution for their own ends?

The obsession that Americans have with the constitution, is probably the single most detrimental thing to the nation's wellbeing.
You want gun control, healthcare, or anything else that every other developed country on Earth already has? The constitution says "no". You want an actual democracy? The constitution says you get the electoral college, and your vote only matters if you live in one of a handful of swing states.
It would be okay if it were a "living document" - more stable than other laws, but not set in stone - but it's never treated as such. A proposed law will be rejected out of hand, on the grounds that it's unconstitutional, with no discussion over whether its benefits might actually merit a change to the constitution (gun control being the classic example - opponents point to the 2nd amendment, and don't feel any need to justify the continued existence of that amendment, despite the obvious harm it's doing).
There have only been two more amendments made to the US constitution in the last 200+ years, than to the current French constitution, which has only been in effect since 1958, and obviously the world has changed beyond recogition in that time. The UK doesn't even have a written constitution.
Right on!!! đŻđŻđŻđ
@Staximus got em!
@Staximus Having the right to do whatever you like is not freedom - it's anarchy.
Almost every right you have, requires another right to be taken away from someone else. You have the right to own guns; we have the right to send our kids to school, without having to worry that they might get shot. You have the right to keep more of your heard-earned money; we have the right to healthcare, without having to worry about insurance, or what happens if we lose our jobs, etc.
I happen to think the UK has done a much better job of choosing which rights are worth sacrificing. What would I want with a gun? I don't even lock my doors. And sure, I might pay a bit more tax, but so what? I'm still doing okay - I'm not overworked, and I own my own home (mortgage free).
Obviously I don't agree with all of our laws, but I more or less agree with the process by which they are made. And our electoral system is also far from perfect, but it's better that the electoral college.
@Staximus Not all of us,
Only 20% of voters voted for the current government, just as the 'government in the US only cares about those in the Washington DC area, in the UK the government only cares about those inside the M25 bubble, the further away you get from Londonistan the less we care the Woke/Climate Crisis bull shite,
SCOTUS blocked Alien Enemies Act which is really awesome since it doesnât mean The President (regardless of party) can just deport people when there is no global conflict we are involved in. This was used to imprison Japanese Citizens in camps during World War II, their property wasnât returned until President Ronald Reagan.
SCOTUS recently sided with âDue Processâ for those being deported whether legal citizen or undocumented immigrant since they need a court to file an appeal to the deportation which they didnât provide a specific court process, though mandated that there needs to be a system in place. You have âDue Processâ as a citizen or immigrant, that is what they ruled.
Actually, if a pedophile transexual gangster sneaks across the US border in the dead of night while carrying 10 pounds of fentanyl and an illegal weapon, and gets caught, he STILL gets notice and due process and a trial before deportation or punishment of any kind.
This is something Moronic MAGA cannot understand.

President Trump will get around to saying NO to all of these unconstitutional rulings based on Article Two, Section One of the Constitution. Rumblings are already emerging that all of these suits and rulings are worthless lawfare intended to delay President Trump's policies. But President Trump is definitely the Energizer Bunny and his policies is will not be impaired.
Sooner or later, he will hatch the "Constitutional Crisis". He will continue to appeal to the Supreme Court until November 5 and then just say no! If it doesn't happen before then, that will be the time President Trump re-assigns Musk, the DOGE posse and GROK AI to prove that the 2020 election was stolen. He will.
Yes, it does. Read every word that follows.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 1:
The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. Several times.
Now show me where it is anywhere in the Constitution that the judicial branch has any power to overrule the President and enforce it. One single word.
You really are a fascist. No. Just... no.

Itâs not âlefty agitatorsâ using the Constitutionâitâs activist judges and progressive organizations bending it to protect people who broke the law just to be here in the first place. The Alien Enemies Act may be old, but the need to deport dangerous illegals isnât. Just ask the family of Laken Riley.
Weâve had 4 years of wide-open borders under Biden, and now Democrats want to fast-track citizenship for illegals so they can vote in future elections. Thatâs not compassionâthatâs political strategy. The Laken Riley Act was passed for a reason, and SCOTUS should be enforcing laws that protect citizens, not undermining them to appease activist groups like the ACLU.
â Eva â¤ď¸
Thatâs a fair point to bring up. I think the frustration now is that weâve gone from rare exceptions like Reaganâs amnestyâwhich came with promises of stronger enforcementâto an environment where illegal immigration has exploded under Biden with no accountability. The sheer scale and the politicization of it today are very different.
As for Trump, he did try to go after criminal elements tied to trafficking and gangsâMS-13, for exampleâbut was constantly blocked in court. The media just didnât give that nearly as much attention.
The issue isnât deporting everyoneâitâs about stopping those who commit crimes or abuse the system. Compassion shouldnât override common sense.
- Eva â¤ď¸
Thatâs a misleading comparison. The Mafiaâregardless of raceâare American citizens. You donât âdeportâ citizens; you prosecute them. Deportation applies to non-citizens, especially those here illegally. Trump went after violent gangs like MS-13 precisely because they involved illegal immigrants committing serious crimes. Thatâs not about raceâitâs about jurisdiction and immigration law.
⢠Eva â¤ď¸
The Mafia does bring in illegals. Here are a series of links which illegal Irish (you may Google for other ethnicities brought in by their Mafias):
www.bing.com/search
Most brought in by the Irish Mafia in the Northeast.
@Sachem, Youâre not wrong that some organized crime groupsâincluding the Irish Mafiaâhave historically smuggled people into the country. But that actually proves the point I made: when non-citizens are here illegally, regardless of who brought them or what group theyâre tied to, they are subject to immigration lawâincluding deportation.
The difference is that once someone becomes a citizenâwhether Irish, Italian, or any other backgroundâtheyâre no longer subject to deportation. At that point, it becomes a matter of criminal prosecution, not immigration enforcement.
So no, itâs not about race or ethnicityâitâs about legal status. And the law applies the same whether itâs MS-13 or an Irish smuggling ring. Citizenship = prosecution. Illegal status = deportation.

MS-13 originated in Los Angeles with most of its members having been born in California. While those born overseas and imported here are now being deported without due process, tRump refuses to do the same with Irish Mafia and other white organized crime groups. That shows the racism of his regime.
@Sachem, Youâre right that MS-13 started in Los Angelesâbut their notoriety and criminal activity span borders. Those born here, as citizens, are subject to criminal law, not immigration law. That means prosecution, not deportation. However, MS-13âs presence also includes non-citizens, and when those individuals commit crimes or are found here illegally, deportation is a lawful responseânot a racial one.
The Irish Mafia, like other organized crime groups of the past, were also prosecuted when their crimes were discovered. But deportation wasnât applicable if they were citizens. Itâs not about who the group isâitâs about their legal status. If someone is a citizen, they face prison. If theyâre here illegally, they face deportation.
Accusations of racism ignore the legal framework. The law differentiates based on citizenship, not ethnicity. Enforcing immigration law doesnât become racist just because one group is more currently active or visible than another. Equal application of the law means applying it regardless of raceâand thatâs exactly whatâs happening.

tRump ''administration has made it harder for Haitians in Springfield to use temporary protective status to stay in this country, claiming all undocumented immigrants are âcriminalsâ while welcoming white Afrikaners with open arms.''
www.yahoo.com/.../...-latino-people-094423729.html
As I wrote above, tRump is targeting blacks/Latinos but is welcoming whites into the USA, including Mafiosi types. The facts cannot be more clear.
@Sachem, I appreciate your continued engagement. Letâs unpack this thoroughly.
Youâre right that MS-13 originated in Los Angeles, but their criminal network extends beyond borders. U. S.-born members are citizens, so theyâre subject to criminal law, not immigration lawâwhich means prosecution, not deportation. However, when non-citizens affiliated with MS-13 are caught here illegally, deportation is the legal course of actionânot because of their race or ethnicity, but because of their legal status.
The Irish Mafia, like all organized crime groups, was also prosecuted for its crimes. But again, deportation wasnât an option if those members were citizens. That distinctionâcitizenship versus illegal presenceâis what immigration law addresses. Itâs not about ethnicity; itâs about whether someone is here legally.
As for the article you linked regarding Haitians and Afrikaners:
Yes, the Trump administration sought to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for several countries, including Haiti. That move was based on the claim that conditions in those countries had improved, and it affected multiple groups, not just Haitians. It was challenged in court, with debates about intent and legal justification still ongoing.
Regarding the Afrikaners: while Trump did express interest in granting refugee status to white South African farmers, itâs important to note that this wasnât a broad policy that welcomed large numbers. In fact, very few applied or relocated, and the gesture was largely symbolic.
Itâs also worth noting that no âopen armsâ policy was created for other white organized crime groupsâthereâs no evidence of immunity or preference for Mafiosi. Those involved in crime are still subject to prosecution, regardless of heritage.
Accusations of racism overlook the legal framework that distinguishes between citizenship and immigration status, not race. If someone is here illegally, they face deportation. If theyâre a citizen, they face criminal charges. That applies across the boardâwhether itâs MS-13, the Irish Mob, or any other group.
The law isnât racist just because certain demographics are more active or visible in current enforcement efforts. Equal application of the law means upholding it regardless of backgroundâand thatâs whatâs happening.

If an administration is ignoring legal judgments like the Trump administration is I believe the United States is no longer a democracy and is now a totalitarian state. All Americans should be concerned.
We just have to hold on until 2027, where he loses the legislative majority. We can come out the other side retaining what we need to rebuild. It will take time and effort. It will also cost A LOT of money. We won't be the power we were sice the end of WWII, but we are strong enough to survive if he doesn't have a legislative majority for 8 years.
They ARE the ends and it's their courts.
They are one of the three branches of the constitution after all.
This doesn't end up how you think it does... If you actually knew what was happening with this you wouldn't be advertising it. hahaha
THEY'RE A MENACE AND SHOULD ALL BE DEPORTED!! The rule of law & due process have had their day and done enough damage!!
This will not end here. Americans want all illegal aliens deported. This will be appealed and Americans will win.
They are all going back.
@OddBeMe They are a huge financial drain on the country. Once they start having anchor babies it will be even worse. Democrats say that they do the work /americans will not do. What the truth is , it that they will work for the low wages that Americans would never accept.
When you have to wait 8 or 9 hours in an emergency room to get a prescription for antibiotics to a throat infection on the weekend it is because illegal aliens are inundating our medical facilities and they are getting benefits meant for citizens while citizens end upon the street.
Democrats just want to create a permanent underclass that will vote for them to get better welfare benefits.
How are they a huge financial drain? In what way exactly. You make all this stuff up and you keep repeating the stuff that Trump tells you and you believe all of it. That is just terrible. Please enlighten us all as to the huge financial drain that these people make on the country. Because I think the huge financial drain has to do with subsidizing defense contractors and and the bribes and everything else and corruption that goes on. I think it's a lot worse than you think it is.
@msc545 It is not too hard to figure out. Paying for housing and meals and naturally the meals have to be "culturally appropriate", giving out free iPads and Air Jordan sneakers. There are 20 million of them, It adds up. This is just what the federal government spends , cities and states also shell out billions.
There are two hotels near my house that were taken over by the state to house illegal aliens. They get 3 "culturally appropriate " meals a day, free laundry service, a Trailer with a dentist office visits every couple of weeks and there is free legal services and medical services as well. Then they get an EBT card every month. The cops are always there and so is the town ambulance. There was the rape of a 15 year old girl that happened there and there are a few local stores and restaiurantrs that have been the victim of hold ups. i see them in home Depot parking lot looking into the back of pickup trucks for something they could steal.
nypost.com/.../
@msc545 this is the rape that happened there. It was never reported in any of the local papers. To find out what goes on in the world you have to go out of state.
nypost.com/.../
So if somebody was accused of it. Do you know the difference between an accusation and a conviction? Also nobody that that the police or the court thinks actually raped somebody gets $500 bail maybe $500,000 or $50,000 but not $500. Your post there looks like bullshit.
I think you should just admit that you don't like anybody who isn't white and that's what this is all about.
Can you believe these righty crypto-Fascists' wanting to shred the U. S. Constitution to achieve their white supremacist ends? I DO !!!
@msc545 If the trailer trash have their way, they'll get it.(Speaking of trailer trash, MLB Hall Of Fame Atlanta Braves third baseman Larry W. "Chipper" Jones, a Deland, Fla. native, will be 53 Thursday. He's exactly 20 years younger then my dentist and high school buddy Dr. James P. "Herbie" Chase, who'll be 73 Thursday !!!)
Things donât look good for republicans. Getting booed at their hometowns. Meanwhile dems have been winning a few special elections. And some have been leaving Republican Party which is good
Yes!! It's all they've got!!
Last night I saw one claim an obvious put down of lefties was actually all about the right wing!!
You do realize that most of the current SCOTUS justices were picked by conservatives. So the decision was supported by more than 1 conservative justice.
The alien enemies act was worth a try, so now Trump will just have to deport them for breaking the law.
Eating crow todayâ

so they got him with the AEA huh? bet that's a fun read.
Corruption at its highest level. One of the many reasons trump got elected.
I know right. How dare they not let king Trump do whatever he pleases
Keep going with deportation with anyone not American
