I looks like FEMA responded to rhe emergency in April 2025 and President Trump approved funds to help the citizens during the emergency. Later Arkansas applied for additional funds. That request was denied because the vast majority of people were covered by insurance. Later FEMA approved aid for all uninsured expenses.
