Trump vowed to take on big Pharmacy Benefit Managers. He said “The horrible middleman that makes more money, frankly, than the drug companies, and they don’t do anything except they’re a middleman—we’re going to knock out the middleman.”

The usual haters, resistors and adversaries here (you know who you are) will find something to gripe about. Right guys? That's what you do here every day. You will gripe that Trump is putting Pharmacy Benefit Managers out of work and hurting their families. Ohh, the horror!

PBM's, insurance brokers, consultants, insurance companies, reinsurance companies, legal firms all go away.
