That depends on personal experience.
Australians, for example, are considered rude when you first meet them, but once you get to know them, they are your best mates.
Germans have a reputation for being rude, especially in customer-service positions.

Hmm - it's a real tie between France, most "strict" countries", and Israel.

Any country that has "a strict identity" or "rigid culture" isn't going to always be welcoming to a new face - even a new pretty face 😁 😁

I vote for the Arabic countries, simply for the constant hassling and harassing. Many travelers would name France, when they typically mean Paris. I had a few negative encounters in England.

USA. Not that Americans as a whole are rude, but the ones that are rude are the best at being rude.

I haven't been to every country, so I know there are ruder ones, but from the countries I'VE been to, Georgians were the most assholish

I feel that where I used to work, had some pretty rude people. All you needed to be was a janitor and then they will be rude to you.

French tend to be very rude and condescending.

Every country have good people and bad people as well but you need to look at educational side of it, so third world countries have uneducated people mostly.
