That’s just a presumption. Nobody really knows what is going to happen in 20 years from now. I know right know blacks do have a higher birth rate than whites but nobody really knows what will happen in 20 years from now. I believe lots of black peoples in the United States are actually bi-racial and have some percentage of European/white heritage. Some of them may even be unaware of it.
