What makes adulthood miserable?

This whole prison system we are trapped in! We call it "society". Once you really understand how everything is a set up to make you fail in life is mind boggling to me. How everything is set up to manipulate us is unacceptable for me. We need a global revolution

Feeling restricted by society's horseshit, stupid petty rules and small minds. Feeling that contrast between having to pay bills and your soul's calling. Having your vital energy squandered at the end of the day for something you don't believe in.

Debts and bills definitely are on the list. Crushing responsibilities was always what made my life miserable. I had a wife and 3 kids and was running a small business. I was working all the time and going to college t night. i never took vacations and worked 6 days a week. On Sunday i had chores to do then rinse and repeat.

Responsibilities. It's okay for me now. I own my house outright, have paid out school fees for my two children and have an annuity that means I don't need to worry about money. I am not rich, but I am bulletproof. But from age 30 when my first child was born it has been hard work.

Debt and bills are one thing but rn it's mortality and having to be expected to be ambitious. Fukoff with that. I'm content doing what I do but should be doing better NOPE stay out of my way
