Trump literally admitted his name comes up in the files multiple times, this was today or maybe yesterday depending on where you live. He naturally claims that it is fabricated. But Trump himself confirmed he is in it, and repeatedly.

We can debate the authenticity of that and whether it is "real child pornography featuring actual Trump" or something someone made artificially and put in there but I seriously do not see why Trump would lie about being in there, which again he himself said in an interview that he is.
