Why even ask me a question if you're going to block me?

When I answer on some political questions, people get angry. They then block me. Usually they do this after asing me a question. Aren't they aware that it's impossible to answer a question if you are blocked?

Try learning the difference between a reply and an answer. If I ask what your favorite pizza topping is, and you reply that you like to watch football, you never answered the question. I see that all the time on this site. I asked a question about bringing Biden in under oath and questioning him. I suggested that he be asked to name a few people he pardoned. I also asked that he be asked to explain a few of his executive orders. You quickly turned it on Trump. You said Trump can't name all the people he pardoned. That's a reply, not an answer.

My problem is thst I focus in details too much. It's a boon for my job, but not so much elsewhere.

It's a thing with the Conservatives and Religiots here. Almost like they coordinate it. I just assume they are used to their dark web echo chamber existence and unable to tolerate being called out for their beliefs. So they post outrageous lies here and then block anyone who might disagree with them. It makes them feel like they're winning every argument. Why they come here to spread their lies and propaganda I don't know. Maybe they are flooding every social media site systematically.

100% I feel ya. I just assume they weren’t really ‘asking’ anything in the first place. Try to discuss a different point of view, or mildly pushback, or counter their insane narrative—boom, they block you!
I don’t block ANYONE, just as a rule, …, but have been blocked a thousand times. I figure if you can’t defend what you’re saying (or can’t stand the heat….) then ya know the rest, blah blah blah

There's a few on here that aren't interested in opinions, they just want to push their extremist agendas. The last thing they want is people shooting down their ideas so you get blocked. It's funny how so many who use the free speech argument to justify spreading hate and misinformation love to keep others silent.

They don't like having their religious obsession with their political side and next to no actual political acumen or awareness that when you challenge their religious "belief" it gets their emotions all twisted because it causes them turmoil and they use their tantrum toy of blocking to "get one over" on you like they think they're a winner when all they are is immature and irrational.
