Ironically, I dont think Trump had much to do with the raid on Bolton. From what I have heard this has been a ball in motion that far predates Trumps presidency. Of course, the problem with Trump is that he has broken peoples trust in the government so now we will always question if there was something more to this story and if Trump was behind it. If Bolton is guilty he will get his day in court/ , I hear that Bolton is just the first of many to take the perp walk. It does seem like revenge but it is more about bringing criminals to justice. He will be charged with a real crime and he will be punished as prescribed by federal law.
