Of course not.
In fact, next year, when the Siena College Research Institute releases their next Presidential rankings (which is the result of a poll of presidential historians), I think there will be a major shift and Trump is likely to come in last... like dead last. Trump was in the worst 5 in the 2022 poll, but I predict the 2026 poll will have him as the worst.

if leadership is limited to large scale world politics, I'd say Trump is definitely up there alongside Nayib Bukele of El Salvador and Javier Milei of Argentina

The word "great" is too subjective. It depends on how you look at it: political influence? Economic policy? International status? People with different perspectives will give completely different answers.
