No one in His right mind would declare Himself King of the United States of America. If he did he would be painting a target on his head. That is what the second amendment is all about. It that were to occur, it would be every American's duty to eliminate the threat. And the person who eliminated the threat would not stand trial, but would be hailed as a national hero. That is why I think the No Kings Act is redundant. The Constitution already covers that subject matter. Only someone with a strong death wish would do it.
