Everything north of the Alps/Pyanees I can day yes, even though Finns and Hungarians are questionable. Southern Europeans and Turks, SOME of them.

Moroccans definitely not. Algeria very. Tunisia mostly. Lybia, I'm not sure. Egypt, some but mostly NO. Levant Arabs a signigicant portion, but Khaleejis and Yemenites, much less so. Israelis, questionable. Georgians, mostly not. Other Caucasians, debatable. Iranians, many of them, YES. I would also add parts of Pakistan and north India.

One of my co-workers said Persians are Scandinavians who migrated south for warmer weather

More or less. Thing to remember is that up until maybe the middle ages Caucasian people and most peoples were constantly moving around, either conquering, settling, fleeing being conquered. Dividing, joining etc constantly for thousands of years. The first colonies with cities and towns outside of Egypt in the Mediterranean and black sea after the bronze age collapse were set up by ancient greeks and Semitic Phonicians.

Ancient Iranians are said to be closely related to the sythians, celts and germanics. Scandinavians have always had real close ties to germanic peoples even worshipping the same Ancient Gods and Germanics used to be real close to the lands of Iranian peoples until the Huns pushed them west where they would settle and take over Roman lands ravaged by war, famine and pandemics. Such as lomabards in Italy, Frank's in France, goths in spain, vandals in north Africa, Saxons, Jutes, Angles in England. Yemen had a lot of Ancient Hebrew settlements but was also conquered by African kings at one point. Take turks for instance, the further east you go the more Asian they appear. Turks like Mongols take multiple wives from the people they conquered and their sons did the same so turks appear more European in turkey and Mongols appear more Chinese. Were the Mongols orginially Caucasian? Were the turks more Asian? What did they originally look like and did the breed it out of themselves?

Modern greeks are a mix of ancient greeks and Latins from Italy, there was a great migration of Latins from Italy to greece after constantine moved the capital to the east where there the roman empire survived until 1450, 50 years before columbus sailed.

I don't know why you would say Finns aren't white. Finns are just as white as Swedes and Norwegians with about the same number of natural blondes and blue eyes.

Finns as "white" were debated and not always accepted due to their distinct Uralic language (which is not Indo-European like most other European languages) and theories suggesting distant Asian or "Mongolian" roots

Georgians are fair-skinned. Some Georgian groups, like the Laz and Megrels, have blue eyes and blonde hair. Georgians in general are fair-skinned and tall. You could say Stalin was short, but Hitler was also short as a German. But most Germans are tall.

It depends on where you are. In Georgia, besides Georgians, there are also Ossetians (a people of Persian origin), Azerbaijanis, and Akhlatsikhe Turks. These ethnic groups may have dark skin tones. However, the coastal region is mostly Megrel and light-skinned.

Maybe. I'd have to see him. But if he's fair skinned, then yeah. He's still Arab but he's a WHITE Arab.
On our census there's even an option that says "White: non-Hispanic, Middle Eastern or North African"

Those countries got mix race ethnicity as it’s now in US.
