It makes sense. Or else men would not dominate in every field in sports. Even chess. Furthermore, they are more resilient and do not have periods that reduces their performance.

In some cases, I don't know about the intelligence part of it. Strength? Yes! Leadership... mmmmmmm, maybe!! I've had a few female bosses over the decades and most were pretty good at it but a few sucked at it!! My 2nd job, I was working in the candy dept. in a huge department store. I had two female bosses!! Rather than tell me what they wanted me to do, they'd just sit in their office and gab with each other all day, every day and just expect me to know what to do! Of course, I'd get yelled at for it if I did something they DIDN'T want done, or if they wanted it done a different way!!
I've had a lot of bosses over the decades and, in most cases, I can remember what every one of them looked like and maybe even their names!! Even those I've only had for a day or two!! Those two could walk up to me on the street and tell me who they were and I'd never know it!! I almost never saw them!!! All I can say is that at least one of them was a brunette and they were both about 21 years old!! I was 18.
