Give. it's about how we have paid money into the banking system. Every time we use our credit card or made a transaction. Using paypal or any other cash app. etc etc. But the banks had a loophole , and they were keeping the money.. or a Percentage

The banks have generated over ninety eight billion dollars. and they want you to pay a fee of two hundred and thirty seven dollars , which to me , tells me it's a scam. So has anybody bought into it? I'm just curious.
