Well, that's probably true in regard to the extent of his physical illness, assuming that he has one. However, in regard to his mental illness, his mental illness is readily apparent to anyone who chooses to look and understands the symptoms that he keeps exhibiting. I'm a mental health professional. I know what I'm looking at as do all of my colleagues. It seems blatantly obvious to us that the man is psychiatrically ill.
