I don’t like Pete Hegseth but I find what Donald Trump said a little hard to believe.

I believe it was most likely either Benjamin Netanyahu or Donald Trump who first came up with the idea of taking military action against Iran.

It does seem like Pete Hegseth is a supporter of the Iranian war but I have a feeling he wasn’t the first person who thought of or advocated about taking military action against Iran.

Neither one. Trump was pressured by Israel and some other countries. Trump was probably the contact with them, not Hegseth. The two probably discussed it, and Hesgseth may have been the first of those two to advocate it.

But realistically, it goes back LONG before Trump was president. Several presidents have considered it seriously.

No, President Trump has been talking about the threat of Iran since the 1980s. He saw the present time as a good opportunity to get this done. It is not as easy as he thought it was but either Iran signs a deal or a week from tomorrow it will be lights out.

I can't say because I've not herd anything about any of that except for what I've read about it here, at GAG. I won't be able to check reliable sources until tomorrow. Until then, I don't believe it, either.
What I know is that Trump warned them not to build nukes and stop, if they already started. They ignored him and he took action to stop that. Again, they were warned of escalating and again, they ignored him and, again, he took action. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT they'd be pissed at him for accidentally killing those kids in the schools because they JUST killed 40,000 of their own people last month!!!
