This relates to the prior question on conservative and liberal happiness. Women have proportionally larger anterior cingulate cortices than men though not proportionally smaller amygdalae than men. So we could expect women to reason more emotively than men. In practice we see this. If a woman feels X than it is a fact to her whilst men will be more evidence based and cognitive in reasoning.

Evolution made women group thinkers because consensus improved a woman's likelihood of survival. So that makes the group view of her female friendship circle of key importance to her and most knuckle down to the group view even if they disagree.

If a woman divorces, her friendship group supports her and validates. It has been noted that there are outbreaks of divorce in female friendship groups as individuals conform to the group think. By extension you could expect women to conform to Liberal group think.

So it does make sense that women are more liberal and vote that way. Since Liberal thought is at least anti white male we could expect men to become more conservative. They would at least see women being given advantages over them.

There are a few things at play. Charlie Kirk is a big one. He challenged young people and they in turn challenged the lies fed to them by the public education system and the democrats. Beyond that, even without Charlie, men have been ignored by the right and abused by the left for a long time. The old timers are used to it and don’t fuss much, mostly. A few are actively protesting the status quo and they may have had an impact. When young men have to choose between the party that barely looks at them and the party that hates them, it’s only sensible to opt for the party that barely looks at them. Furthermore, some young men might be confused about what conservatism might mean for them personally. As in conservatives might empower them to take back masculinity. There’s no way that happens, but it could still be a factor in their voting practices.
