First off, I’m not familiar where you can ride your bike or anything so I won’t debate if he’s in the right or wrong. In the article, cops acted like this kid was a hardened criminal. They actually asked him for his license and car documents. Like any child will have those, lol. Moral of story is, I feel the training in law enforcement in the U. S sucks. Better training needed

Impossible to tell from the article. Notice how they didn’t include BWC footage? That’s almost certainly because the writer chose a narrative over the truth.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it. If the kid is so smart, why didn’t he register his motorbike? Why didn’t the parents? Seems to me that they’re flouting the law and trying to manipulate people to support their lawlessness through the media.
Even if the article is mostly accurate, i don’t think it’s an overreaction at all. Here’s a simple truth that you lefties don’t seem to grasp, if you refuse to teach your children what it means to be a responsible citizen, then the law will have to. The lessons he learns in court are going to be far more valuable than anything he could learn in a single day of the sixth grade. I only hope that the parents are held accountable as well. Seems to me that they are all in need of a few good lessons.

Explain unarmed people getting shot. A cop on one the cities in my state, pulls this guy out of his car and punches him none stop. The guy wasn’t doing anything to that officer. The dept clear that officer of anything wrong. Cops investigating cops? lol what a joke.
