My co-worker and I have always been work friends..nothing more. But we started texting almost everyday and I just decided to invite him over when no one is home. I haven't seen him in over 2 weeks though because I quit the job. I feel like it could be awkward but I want to make it work. I want to hookup with him but I don't know if he just sees me as a friend. Help!

Try to do something that requires conversation, if there is an awkward silence try loosening him up with small talk. Usually work or common interests can get something flowing. Once y'all get to talking constantly, drop some hints, maybe sit closer or smile often to let him know that your enjoying yourself. Try seeing if he wants to watch a chick flick with you, if he is anything like me or any guys that I hangout with if he agrees then that means he likes you.
