Like how to improve humanity had been based around religion for a long time, particularly Christianity and how to live like Christ. Wars were even fought over that. But not anymore. Instead, we debate political concepts today, such as what you see on GAG. Heck, the Vietnam war was a war between political beliefs, not religious ones.
