Well I can tell when someone's not defaulting to average thinking so yes though... its very rare to find that. Its more I'm good at noticing an average thinker than a smart one though perhaps that's the same thing.

no. but i notice if they are smart but less than me or weak mind. they usually turn out dumber than i thought.
