ask if they are a Democrat/liberal. If they say yes, then you have your answer. No, they are not smart. 🤣

I wouldn't be too focused on it myself though. Some "smart" people are super boring, and only talk about books or quantum physics or something. Usually, people tend to judge others by their vocabulary. That's why a lot of not-so-smart people spend time learning big words--to try and impress someone.
