Just belabor my previous posts…because that’s what I do.

Hear me out.

We should have one ruling body at the Federal Level, and it should be the Senate. There should be no President and no Supreme Court. The body which writes the law should interpret and enforce the law. duh. they are the ones who know what it means, since they wrote it.

Every 4 years, we waste billions and billions of dollars on campaign spending for President, and we have stupid Supreme Court rulings such as the courts saying the Senate couldn't ban abortion by Constitutional Amendment with the Roe vs Wade ruling, which was itself Unconstitutional.

I'm 42 years old, and ever president in my lifetime has been an unqualified LOSER. It's time we completely abolish the office of President.

Some laws which should be fundamental in a proposed new constitution:

1) All provably false religions are banned. You can be a Deist, but you cannot be a Polytheist nor worship a man-god.

2) Abolish the Double Jeopardy clause from the constitution. If new evidence or a later admission shows you committed a crime after you were falsely aquitted, you should go back on trial and go to prison or be executed as your crime deserves. (O. J. Simpson et al).

3) A federal law requiring both State, Local, and Federal budgets to be balanced regardless of circumstances. If they fail to balance the budget they must immediately raise taxes to balance the budget.

4) A federal law limiting military spending to 2 percent of GDP unless engaged in a fully declared war.

4b) A Federal law making it illegal to declare an offensive war without some benchmark of a degree of risk, such as having already been attacked on homeland, but limiting counter attacks to those nations and terrorist organizations directly responsible. This would have prevented the Iraq and Afghan wars, and would pretty much require that we declare war on Saudi Arabia and Pakistan instead, if any war should have happened at all.

5) A Federal Law giving control of Energy Infrastructure to Congress.

Some states have now passed laws against refusing to use preferred pronouns. This has gone way too far. Since when did simple biology become wrong? I’m sorry, if you’re not born with a penis, I am not calling you “he.”

A fundamental aspect of many societies is that the law-abiding citizens should not have to pay for the upkeep of the criminals. The 13th amendment to the U. S. Constitution, which abolished slavery, specifically stated

"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."

Do you believe those who are incarcerated should be forced to work in order to cover the cost of their upkeep and pay restitution to the victims?

I'm not from the states, but I feel like each of the democratic and republican parties have good and bad. I think many people could be in the center, with aspects that are taken from both democratic and republican parties, and being far from the radicals from each side.

It's just absurd to me to see it like black and white, like my party is whole good and yours is whole bad.

There’s serious far right groups who value strong man politics. That means not bowing to the law, congress and libtards. Fascism.

There’s been a lot of anti-Ukraine talk from some right wingers. And that worries me a bit. One of you fcks even said Putin had a right to invade. Wtf?

And these same fcks are blasting the trials of Trump as a derangement syndrome. Like I’m obsessed with the rule of law…wha huh?

Is that what you want? No rule of law. A strongman who isn’t held to account and does what he wants.

That’s what DeSantis’s review board want to teach school kids.

Oh what, now you care you about them? You didn’t give a shit about the poor before this Q.

immigrants are economic powerhouses. Our poor populations are anchor babies. Whining for government handouts in red states.

Scientists have looked for the gene for decades and are yet to find one.

Some believe it's all environmental factors or hormonal issues (gay frogs) related to birth control, plastics and other factors in the water supply etc.

There's more gay people as a proportion of the population than there's ever been. Coincidence?
