She said there are Americans who are engaged in this kind of propaganda, and if they were civilly or even in some cases, criminally charged, it would be something that would be a better deterrence”.

I predict that Democrats here, including my "contrarians" (you know who you are) will spoof being agreeing Republicans because Democrats will always lie to win.
