102 kg sumo deadlift for 1 rep max
right now my bicep goal is to curl 22.6 kg for 8 reps on each arm, currently i'm able to do 20.4 kg dumbbell curl for 3 reps with clean form and without any torquing, so i'm almost there :D

I've never done weightlifting like in a gym but I can do 10 pullups in a row on a tree branch and lift the front of a Honda 350 fourwheeler💪😊.
Leg press 130kg, squats 70kg, hip thrust 80kg.. still trying to progress!
I can lift about 75 with my arms and 125 with my legs
I can bench press 105 for two reps, which I surprise some because my arms are very slim

Deadlift 245 with straps ( my grips is not strong enough)Well, I ride horses, so I have to lift 50kg water buckets, 50kg hay bales, 60kg feed bags, etc. But, I donโt look muscley whatsoever. My arms are pretty much sticks, according to my sister.
I only tried deadlifting once and I got up to 135 lbs. It wasn't my max as I was able to do it pretty easily, but it's the most I've done so far.
Couldn't say exactly but I work in a warehouse all off heavy stuff which I can lift so I'd say im pretty strong for a girl

I'm a little twinkie, the heaviest I can do is like... 20 lbs, haha.
