Are baseball catchers becoming too feminine?

I am OK with catchers painting their fingernails. But that's as far as they should go.

If a catcher got protective breast implants so they can skip wearing that unfashionable chest protector, I'd be fine with it.

Catchers are becoming too feminine. I am against it. Sure, this dude has a mustache but his hair is too long and girly. I really long for the days when a catcher looked like a man.

If I remember correctly, I believe Jorge Posada used to soak his hands in synthetic urine to make them more durable. Now that's manly man stuff. Also pretty disgusting, but he's got 5 rings, so who am I to argue?

As for the nail paint, they've been doing that for a few years (so pitchers could see the signs more clearly). Teams use PitchCom now, so I'm not sure why they'd still use paint. Maybe in case the PitchCom fails?
