Girls, What kind of bras and underwear do you wear in sports?

Do you wear bras for sports or just normal bras? Do you prefer specific kind of underwear while you play sports?

A good sports bra and any kind of underwear is find in sports

I wear a sports bra (sometimes 2 with 1 acting as outerwear). Knickers wise, I always wear briefs. Never wear thongs.

Sports bra. Mine are not that big but they still hurt if I do to much rigorous movement so I just go with my most supportive and comfortable bras for cardio excersises

Got to have them strapped down obvs. And even though I don’t play volleyball I like to wear them underneath my soccer shorts sometimes.

Depends on the sport. Sports bra usually but have occasionally played in a normal bra if it's impromptu. No underwear.
