To me that is Childish! I mean to get "your anger" over a missed penalty, or someone killed u in a "failed xbox, ps5 ops", its childish! That person will never grow up!
I never understood men over 20's that are GAMING, AND GAMING, AND GAMINGGG... Where the money from? How they do support themselfs? How they will provide for the families? ohh wait! They won't because the "excuse" will be that they had only "on line" friends, not outside the "box", so yeah, it is childish, is No Real Life there, that life is lost, he became trapped in Electronic World, so for me these are "Electronic Zombies", what will happen next "sex you in a VR" ? 🤦‍♂️

Not sure about the mental health stuff... but acting out like that is childish. It's like a chick that breaks shit just because she's mad... any dude that does that as well, not gender specific.

I'm speaking from the point of view of someone that would do this in the past. Now if I get extremely frustrated I will just STFU and go stand in the corner... take time to calm down. Breaking an expensive PS5 controller just isn't worth the money of my emotions.

In my mind, an emotional expression like that is just a human that needs a lot of work.

i dont think it is self esteem , i would say they are just have short temper/anger issue , get triggered even with trivial things like that
