I know I am fast, yes... just not the fastest, lol

which is why I play midfield the most... because I can sprint really fast the shorter distances rather than play on the side avenues, where all those cheetahs will leave me behind after the 40 yards or so... lmao

I have never really tried sprinting, I have done a couple of 5K races, my time was 26 minutes in one and a little under 24 minutes in another one, the reason I was slower in the first one is that there was like a traffic jam and you couldn't go full speed at first but the second one I had no obstacles. I think that is a little above average for my group but I did not win. I know a 5K is not a sprint but that is the only number I have about how fast I am.

hmmm not sure… I’ve never tried sprinting in that sense, however I was faster than most guys in my class growing up… I also focused more on endurance and being able to run longer distances rather than sprinting

I was when young. I raced a top female in school and lost by a few steps. I was really disgusted to let a girl beat me, but she was built for speed. She became a highly accomplished sprinter in college and won some metal in the Olympics.
Now... at best I can job, it hurts in too many places.

I used to be. When we would do command physical training on the boat, I was in the group with the divers. For those of you who don’t know why that matters, divers are among the best physical fitness sailors assigned to regular ships.

Not any more. I was never collegiate sports fast or competitive, but for a while before the pandemic I was pretty fast for my age.

I was never a sprinter. In my youth I was more of a long distance runner. That was until injuries stopped me from running.
