I don’t know. Maybe England? I don’t really watch the sport, although I’ve been meaning to try to get into EPL and see what the fuss is about. The Ted Lasso TV show finally made the game relatable to me, so I have a slight intrigue now. I guess I’m supposed to root for America, but did they even have a shot? I just remember England almost won some big tournament in the last few years, but didn’t, and I felt bad for them, seeing them get so close just to fall short. Feels like a country where the citizens would really want it. And I think they lost to Italy, who I think won some major championship (maybe the World Cup, I don’t have them all straight, haha) in the past 10-15 years, so I guess I was just rooting for it to be someone else’s turn. Harry Kane? Is he a guy? I think I’ve heard of him😂

Italy bagged the world cup in 2006 and won the last euros against England... I won a sweepstake on the first and gambled on the second (at the start I didn't expect us to get that close but I won)
