I have watched what was NWHL and I thought it was good.
I am looking forward to the PWHL although, I only now just realized that the season started!
I will look to see if I can stream it.
In college, I had a friend who played on our women's ice hockey team.
Also, I know of someone who is a journalist who has covered women's ice hockey including being an NWHL color analyst. If you would like to contact her, I can probably find her contact information again.

Like professional women's hockey? I didn't know that was a thing. I've seen what appears to be roughly highschool girls playing at one of the rinks I ruck by occasionally but I don't have cable, so don't see much that isn't local sports. Are they good or is it like watching women's basketball?

I watch when the Women's College Hockey playoffs begin. I went to a big hockey University (Wisconsin) and while the men's team has been in decline, the women were kicking ass and winning National Championships under former Olympic hero Mark Johnson. They now have 7 National Championships, more than any other school, and is the only team to ever win a title from an unseeded position. So yes, as the team likes to refer to themselves, I love "chicks with sticks". LOL

Since i was 6 or 7 . I started on a boys team until we had enough girls to make a team.

You must be really good at it... which position do you play?

I played defense and played on the right wing a lot.

very nice... if you play wing, does that mean you're fast too? agile? or... what does it take to play as wing?

Im not super fast but good enough to score goals even though i never scored a lot. i like passing to someone that is open for a shot.

yes, same as you... been playing soccer since I was age 6 and then also started to play football around age 12

not in leagues now... but still play for the fun it a few times a week

The only sports I'm even marginally interested in watching is, on rare occasions, a World Series game or two, pool, cheerleading and dwarf tossing.

I do not. I do not watch men's hockey either.

I only watch a small amount of women's college basketball. When the Olympics are on I watch some of the women's sports during that as well.
