I used to play tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton, touch football, and more. Definitely should get back into those… Now it is getting ridiculously cold so maybe the only sport I should play now is Snowball Fight lol

Once you get into middle age sports=injuries. I used to do a lot of bicycle riding and martial arts like karate and kung fu when I was younger. Those aren't really sports but I would like to start doing them again once I get all my dumb surgeries to fix my hernias and shoulder

In high school I played water polo, football (freshman and sophomore years), and baseball. Now for sports I run and surf, and sometimes play vollyball on the beach, but nothing organized. Well, unless you count Uechi-ryu Karate and BJJ.
