the very best fighter the UFC had in the bantamweight division (which is the one were Bruce Lee would fit and compete) is Dominick Cruz and his fighting style was somewhat similar to "Bruce Lee's style"

UFC is to answer the question "Which fighting style is the strongest?" Jeet Kune Do is not the strongest. So, yes, he'd probably lose, maybe not in the first few rounds, but he'd eventually face a stronger martial art.
