Very few know that Manny has also learned and trained several martial arts techniques which he can definitely use in a street fight.

However, he has not mastered those techniques yet.

Therefore, Bruce's all-around abilities give him the advantage but it won't be a quick victory.

Bruce Lee would win. They would be in the same weight class, but Bruce Lee had a height advantage and speed advantage and more importantly he uses kicks and throws where as Manny Pacquiao is just a good boxer. Boxers lead with their knee and Wing Chun Kung Fu punishes that with knee stomps.
