I had a girl on my 8-9 yr old team, the coaches daughter, and she sucked ASS but played the only positions that are any fun in little league... so one time after sitting in the outfield for like 30 minutes with nothing going on, the ball was hit kinda my way but far enough away where I'd just be running over to pick it up and throw it to "Taylor" (her name). she started screaming GET THE BALL GET THE BALL. I just stood there. EVENTUALLY her daddy said "TAYLOR GO GET THE BALL" and she ran all the way there to pick it up Lmao.

Personally, I like them very much.

So what if more than 7 percent of his career goal totals came without an opposing goaltender on the ice?

That means more than 7 percent of his goals guaranteed a Washington Capitals win. That’s not nothing. And look who’s next on the list — Wayne Gretzky, the man Ovechkin is chasing for the all-time goals record. Gretzky scored 56 empty-netters in his career. After that, it’s Marián Hossa (40), Brad Marchand (38), Sidney Crosby (36) and Mario Lemieux (33). Pretty good company.

After 3 consecutive championship titles, the U. S. failed last night to advance to the CONCACAF Nation's League final, igniting criticsm from fans online about whether Poccitino is fit for the job.

Some factors boil down to players from European clubs being jet lagged as well as the schedule change, as the final is usually held during the summer, as well as the US team having too long of a break in between games.

But Poccitino's starting line up, substitutions and strategy is also questionable, especially after he went back on his promise of not starting players who get little to no field time in club matches.

The U. S. had bad luck throughout the last decade with coaching and failing to reach major finals and once even failing to qualify for the World Cup.

And with the Gold Cup coming up this year and the World Cup coming up next year, should the U. S. not take any chances and just replace him now, or should they wait to see how we do in the Gold Cup?

The U. S. has historically had the best results with American coaches

Here in New York state it's a vast patronage machine that loses insane amounts of money.

Speaking for myself I have been to the horse track exactly five times in 5 decades. Each one of those times was a family picnic type event either as a kid or me taking my kids. Never going out with the guys kind of thing.

I also think that force racing and dog racing tend to attract the worst kind of degenerate gambler as opposed to casinos.

In the realm of running about chasing balls and colliding with other participants in a sport, there are obvious physical contact occasions. This leads to all sorts of notions of how spectators view the players. In this context how do the following sports compare in terms of the hotness of the participants in the eyes of you as a viewer.

No other sports tacitly encourages or even tolerates what is a regular occurrence in hockey. Is is time to crackdown and eradicate it?
