Who is your favorite underdog for the World Cup?

Mine is Norway. They probably won’t win, but they have played surprisingly well for this to be their first World Cup in 28 years. I know they have Haaland, but the team in general has been playing well. I hope they at least go far.

Mexico has been playing so good as well. Just finished watching Mexico vs Ecuador, I haven’t seen Mexico play this well in a World Cup till now. Happy for them.

Norway has to play Brazil which may be the end of there world cup run, paraguay has to play france which doesn't seem like an easy match up

i'd describe Canada and morocco both as underdogs so at least 1 underdog is going to the final 8 regardless of how other match ups play out

didn't realise morocco went to final 4 last world cup , Canada /morocco also played each other in group play 2-1 morocco but still describe both as underdogs and never been an African world cup winner in recent memory

Aside from USA which is MY team, from the ones that are left, Cape Verde. It was Curaçao before they got eliminated.

And that right there is exactly why I want Norway to get eliminated. Their fans think they'll win the World Cup just because they have Haaland. I can't stand that guy, he's so cocky. Messi, Mbappe and Dembele are a million times better than Haaland. I don't care who wins the golden boot, as long as it's not Haaland.

My favorite underdog was already eliminated (Japan). But you have a point, Norway is quite good, and they never actually lost a game against Brazil.
