Haven't seen Suicide Squad and you couldnt get me to watch it if you tied me down and put me in a straight jacket, but from that (bullshit) picture, that notification looks like Samsung to me. Only ever used Samsung, so I don't know if that's common or if it's something the Android OS does, but it looks like Samsung to me.
