Am I the only one that hates Tik Tok?

Question

I tried Tik Tok out a few months ago. I don’t understand why it’s as popular as it is. One sound is recorded, and suddenly a million other Tik Tok users create videos with that sound lip synching it. It’s the same songs. Say So, I Can Take Your Man If I Want To, Candy, Renegade, etc. I’m not against social media (although I’m not all for it either), I just think it’s dumb. Can anyone relate?

It is supposed to be dumb..
So you don't have to use your brain for it..

And that's why it is supposed to be fun..
Problem is you are taking Tik-tok as an Examination..
It's not a test!..
It's fun zone..
I don't make Tik-tok but I watch and enjoy..
You can be a creator or a Viewer.
Being on TIK-TOK does not mean you have to create content..
Some people are there to watch.. Just watch and Enjoy

I've never tried it, but that's because I've never had any desire to try it. It seems like a stupid and pointless app.

Also, I heard that Tik Tok is affiliated by, or ran by some Chinese company that installs some serious spyware on your phone and takes all your info. I don't remember where I heard that, but after hearing about that, I'm staying far away from Tik Tok.

Agreed! It is totally dumb! I bought a new phone and the battery lasts forever. I installed it for a day and the battery went from 33 to 0 in like an hour. I Uninstalled it the second I could turn it back on. That and I swear I get an increase of "oh hey baby we met last week" texts. Lol which is not even close to accurate. Just a person solicitating sex

It because when you just open the app it starts immediately running trending video randomly.
