What are your thoughts on reddit?

I can't stand Reddit. I like debating views, Reddit does not allow that. It's an echo chamber. It literally allows for no new discussion or critical thinking. Unless you support the popular narrative in the sub, you'll be down voted to oblivion and your comments will be censored.

There's also the whole popularity aspect with karma. People aren't genuine. They'll say whatever they think will get them likes, they're more likely to up vote something that has a lot of likes and they're more likely to down vote something that has a lot of dislikes.

I've also found it to have strong SJW leanings, but that could just be me.

Well I typically browse technical subs like r/badmathematics, I think these subs are very entertaining. But the funniest thing I read this week was on r/DotA2 https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/hg2x62/demon_choked/ (if you know the context you'd probably laugh pretty hard too lol)

It's still fun though. There's so many subreddits and sometimes the stories are fake, but they sure are funny. It's entertaining.
