Is it better to upgrade to windows 11 or stay on 10?

Do you meet the hardware requirements? In that case, feel free to switch to 11, but I'd say do it in conjunction with a full reinstall of your computer for the cleanest experience. Maybe wait a couple of months for bugs to be ironed out if stability is important. If you don't meet the hardware requirements, don't. Windows 10 will still be supported and get updates until 2025 and unsupported hardware running Windows 11 might not get any updates at all, not even security updates, according to Microsoft.

These things are always bad at launch they need real world data to fix issues and you don't wanna be a lab rat.

Once win 11 becomes stable you'll notice everyone adopting it. Kinda like how we all moved from 8 to 10

Although you can move up to 10 without worries. 8 wasn't even that good and 10 is stable now

Personally I would stick with Windows 10 for now unless you have a desperate urge to upgrade. The core is basically the same and as Windows 10 21H2 will still be supported into 2023 you don't gain much beyond a fancy new interface and a few tweaks under the hood.

I have one laptop running Windows 11 at home and it runs everything just fine but why rebuild what works unless you have to?

It's still a bit buggy, i'd say wait till new year.
Some bugs are not that prominent, but ones that are, are real pain, like the file explorer one, they have sent the patch notes for it but it still stops responding some times. Windows device manager takes a lot of memory while working in background so sometimes it crashes whenever I'm doing some heavy rendering even tho i have 16 gigs of i7 10th gen. The start menu is not that organised anymore. Apart from all these i love the new UI.

As a general rule of thumb i would give it 6 months before you do a major update. A lot of bugs will exist and you are better off waiting for them to be fixed than suffer (some terrible) issues that will be fixed in time

the menu options are all screwed up you have to go to a second set of drop down menu list when you right click the paint program is a disaster the task bar and menu bars are all screwed up
