I don't know, I don't use consoles. Forza 4 and 5 have excellent graphics which automatically optimize for the hardware you're using and that optimization is awesome (literally)! Forza 5 is better in terms of cars handling but both use the same graphics and engine. After the automatic optimization is performed, you run both games on a 1050 Ti at ultra settings - no other game can brag about the same performance. :)

U must be from a small town... I dont have an Xbox since the 360. I moved to playstation. But friends and I were super hooked on this topic, when I was younger. One even became a programmer for Rockstar. So... to ur question. Yes and no. The exclusive games are the ones that have full potential graphics design. The rest not so much. It goes for both platforms.
