If he's a guy who wants to keep up with the technology, then yes, it's old. Same goes for Xbox One, PS4, and when PS6 will come out even the PS5 and Xbox Series will be seen as old. In my opinion, no console is old enough, there are awesome games to play on it, I have PSP, PS2, PS3 and Xbox One and I enjoy playing on all of them.

It was actually released in June 13th, 2013, so yes. That is old now. Most consoles only have a six year life span.

Well, my Xbox 360 E is from 2014 it says on the back of it lol

It's still old. It's two systems behind now. The Xbox One (which is trash, by the way) was released in 2013. And the Xbox Series-X (also complete and utter trash, by the way) is the current console. That's like the equivalent of still regularly playing a PlayStation 3 or Nintendo Wii in 2022.

I gave up on consoles in 2013, though. The gaming market is so absolute sh*t right now. $70 games that get released broken, buggy, and unplayable and then ask you to download a 5 GB patch on fay one IF you have a fast enough internet connection and the storage space for it... Screw that! I kinda don't blame you for not upgrading to the new bullsh*t.
