What is this xper level and how to increase it?

I am having a handicapped feeling because i have no xper level what is this level about how to get it what it's..
Can anybody clarify me on this thing

I just answer questions fully however I want and I slowly keep increasing in whatever the level system is. But I don’t really care about it, so it’s probably that it gives power to people who don’t want it🤣

I’ve found that for some reason I get picked as a “Superb Opinion” by the AI, I’m not sure what exactly triggers it, but it might be that I answer early in a posts life, I usually only scroll an hour back. But I’m not fully sure that’s the reason
