Would you buy a used car in my situation?

I'm not 13, it's a typo by the way. Anyways I failed my driver's test today. I was using My fathers car. My permit is unactive because it expired. So I will be without a permit for at least 3 months

First get your new permit (most likely will have to retake the test)
Second take the road test and pass it.
Third find a friend that knows something about cars and try to buy it from an individual and say AWAY from a use car dealership.
Forth before you spend you money “google it”

I have a permit but I have to renew it. Lost it and it expired

If it is like some states if you let it expire, you have to retake the test. This is the way it was a few years ago.

No a car is expensive to maintain and you are young and probably lack proper income.

I'm not young. I'm 31 and I have at least 10 k or around it
