How will 6G telecom come to be?

If Earth to satellite grid communication channels were made to the endpoints of a star tetrahedron shape (two intersecting, opposite direction, triangular pyramids) which were in orbit around the Earth, with a relay course of ultra-short distance laser linked, five mile quantum entanglement stretches in a circular arc from each endpoint to the three endpoints nearest, would this be sufficient to provide a skeleton crew of hardware needed for 6G communications to begin to become a reality? If not as such, then how?

With Elon Musk intending full globe Internet coverage, at some point somewhere, will the value of *not sharing* information, be enough to get anyone anywhere to effectively just look at the movement spearheaded by Musk, and plainly but effectively say, "shut up! enough already. . ?"
