It's just the future. To be honest we are all already chipped by our smart phones, social media accounts, smart tvs, tablets, alexas, streaming services, Internet shopping, browser history, medical history, education, where we live. They know exactly who we are, what we say and what are thoughts are.

If we had an elite who had self restraint and were wise decision makers I think this could be very useful, if it works. But our elites are among the most foolish, selfish, and anti-human in history. Meh, its not actually that interesting. Its like a virtual muscle. Useful for some people with disabilities but it is very much only a small trinket so far that is barely scratching the surface of what this type of technology could actually do.
