IPhone SE 2016 what do you think in 2023?

I just upgraded to an iPhone and got the Se 2016 which is used but I didn’t see the point of spending lots of money on a brand new iPhone so I decided to get a used functional one much much cheaper on eBay which was worth it because it works great like new. Does anyone else have an older iPhone?

I don't have an iPhone, older or newer. In answer to your question of what do I think, I think it's awesome that you were able to save money. I've got three concerns that I recommend you keep an eye on: 1) most older models won't be supported by Apple in terms of repairs and updates and parts (from the update perspective, that has security risks). 2) You run the risk that phone carriers won't support that device on the network. 3) as developers update apps, you'll find that they don't update them for older devices and older OS. None of this means you shouldn't use the phone you have, just things to watch out for and know that eventually that phone will be old enough that you may not be able to use it for what you want to use it for or possibly even use it on a carrier network.

I got the 13. I bought it for Christmas. It does the update and has 1TB Memory. I know the updates are a memory hog so It can do what it wants. I will just keep it on the charger so the battery lasts
