when you have a logo and brand recognized by billions worldwide you do not mess with it. it may all work out fine in the end but it is a bad idea. I can't imagine a marketing exec in the world who would push this idea

I will say the same thing I said on another question asked about this same thing. Elon is going to be the death of Twitter. The blue bird was the logo of Twitter because it represented birds tweeting and it is tweets you send. The x is stupid and makes zero sense.

It's just unnecessary, the platform has bigger issues than a logochange.
